Hi,

I (automatic updates) recently installed IE8 on my machine.  Now apart from the fear it caused and me not wanting to restart my machine for 2 days, I've now noticed something else that I hope someone else experienced as well, or can atleast direct me on how to solve.  Whenever I run a project locally, the formatting in IE8 is all screwed up.  However, when I deploy the site to the live environment, it works fine in FF and IE8.  FF locally also works fine.  IE7 also worked fine locally before the "upgrade".

Are there some issues I'm not aware off?

Martin

When you run locally is IE8 running in compatability mode or not?

I ran it both ways.  Doesn't make a difference.  Running Vista Business x64 btw (If it matters...)

I must agree with Schalk there. Make 100% sure the site is setup to run in compatibility mode. Are you testing your local version through IIS or Visual Studios built in server?
