We're looking to fill the following positions :
Ruby on Rails Developers
* Passion for Ruby on Rails, solid Ruby skills
* Strong command of web standards, CSS-based design, cross-browser compatibility
* Good understanding of web technologies (HTTP, Apache) and familiarity with Unix/Linux
* Knowledgeable foundation in interaction design principles
* Great written communication and documentation abilities
* Disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance
* Knowledge of RESTful principles
* A lot of our projects involves location based services so if you have experience in that area++;
.NET Compact Framework Developers
* Solid understanding of Windows Mobile Platform
* Knowledge of native interop with platform APIs
* Preferably some exposure to Sybase
* Experience with other mobile platforms, Symbian or iPhone development would be a bonus
C# Developers
* Good C# skills
* SQL 2008, preferably with exposure to Spatial data
Other general skills
* Exposure to social platform development. Facebook / Twitter etc.
* Understanding of emerging web technologies. OAuth / OpenID / DataPortability / Microformats etc.
* We're an agile team so knowledge of agile principles and practices would be great too.
