National MS gold Partner is expanding their offering, they have built a solid young team of Business Intelligence specialists but now require the person to take this young division forward. This is the ideal role for a Technical Manager with in depth Microsoft Business Intelligence experience who wants a new challenge.
Your role will be to lead the technical team, contribute to growing the division and drive the business facing pre-sales avenues supporting the sales team.
You need:
6 - 8 years experience using MS SQL based tools;
advanced Business Intelligence experience ideally across SQL 2000, SQL 2005 with knowledge of SQL 2008;
previous Lead, Mentoring and at least some Technical Management experience;
previous experience in a client facing role involving some elements of business development - you will need to present, demo and quote to client;
Systems Analysis and Design experience;
ideally some Business Analysis experience;
Knowledge of SSAS, SSRS, Proclarity or PPS, the .NET Framework. Knowledge of the competitive tools advantageous.
Permanent, Pretoria, negotiable up to R50K ctc per month
