A leading Consulting House working with the Banks is looking for a Software Business Analyst
The person should have:
- 4 years + software analysis and design experience and
- Completed several projects through the SDLC
- Min Bachelor’s Degree - Business /Commerce/Science
- Business Analysis Tools and Techniques
- Knowledge of SDLC Methodologies
- Relevant BA diagramming skills (UML, Data Flow Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams, Flowcharts)
- Testing knowledge – design and execution
Personal skills:
- Communication skills – verbal, writtenFacilitation skills – JAD, general meetings, brainstorming, status meetings, etc.
- Conduct user interviews / facilitate requirements gathering sessions with relevant business units/users
- Negotiation skills
- Presentation skills – how to put together a presentation, specifically a systems-type presentation
- Ensure a small team of BA’s met their deliverables standards and timelines within the project
- Adaptable to different business/industry environments
- Project management skills
- The ability to understand a specific business’s environment in a short period of time
- The ability to effectively document business requirements, functional requirements as well as testing requirements.
