Derivative Trading environment requires a Senior Technologist to design and build enterprise, complex systems for derivative trading as well as the calculation of financial risk. This is a contract role offering long term work in increments of 6 months. You need: Previous Investment Banking experience ideally working on Trading Systems; Between 4 and 7 years commercial software development experience; Expert level coding experience using C#.NET 3.5 – Visual Studio 2008; Expert level MS SQL design and coding skills. Ideally you will have experience integrating to J2EE/Oracle and Unix based systems. Highly advantageous to have the following: Derivatives or Risk Management experience. Any Market/Credit Risk experience. Previous systems build experience using J2EE / Oracle and Unix. Degree either in a technical or financial arena. Rates offered will be dependant on your experience.
