 I get the above mentioned error on my local report and it occurs on the following line:

ReportViewer1.LocalReport.SetParameters(reportparam);

 Any suggestions

Do you get this error during design? (When you try to preview your report)

Are you using SQL Server 2000 Reporting Services?
